In our nursery room, we cultivate a welcoming and nurturing environment where each baby feels secure and inspired to explore and discover new things. Our educators focus on fostering this exploration through sensory experiences, early communication, and responding to cues such as body language, facial expressions, and sounds.

Every day in the nursery is filled with opportunities for meaningful play, including water play to stimulate sensory development, music time to enhance auditory skills and rhythm, and story time to introduce language and cognitive skills. These varied activities provide a fresh, exciting learning experience for our youngest children, laying the groundwork for lifelong learning and curiosity.

In our junior toddler rooms, we focus on experiences that foster creativity, gross motor skills, and sensory development. Children are encouraged to explore their environment through activities designed to challenge and engage them, such as creative arts and crafts, climbing, and playing with sensory materials like sand, water, and textured objects.

We also strongly emphasize fostering independence at this stage. Toddlers learn to manage their belongings, transition to ‘big beds’ from cots, and navigate shared spaces. The Junior 1 children share a smaller, secure outdoor yard with the Nursery, providing a safe environment for outdoor learning and play while allowing them to explore and enjoy nature.

In the Junior 2 rooms, children experience a notable increase in activities that encourage exploration and creativity. Art projects become more intricate, music and singing are incorporated into daily routines, and group play is encouraged to foster social skills. Access to the larger outdoor yard provides opportunities for physical development and exploration, with activities like playing in the sandpit, sliding, and engaging in nature-based play.

Science experiments and constructive play are introduced to stimulate curiosity and cognitive development. We also focus on toilet training, supported by child-sized toilets, to promote independence and self-care skills in a comfortable and accessible environment.

In the pre-kindy room, we focus on nurturing strong, independent learners. The curriculum emphasises self-help skills in preparation for Kindy. Children are encouraged to develop fine motor skills by cutting, drawing, and manipulating small objects. Literacy and numeracy are introduced through engaging experiences such as reading sessions, storytelling, and science-based explorations.

The pre-kindy children have their dedicated yard, allowing them to engage in play and learning in a natural setting. This environment supports outdoor learning, fostering a connection with nature while enhancing physical development.

Our kindergarten program is designed to promote active engagement in learning and support a range of positive developmental outcomes. We focus on building resilience, fostering independence, encouraging critical thinking, and nurturing creativity. These skills are essential for preparing children for school and lifelong learning.

Our Kindy curriculum includes various activities, from literacy and numeracy development to creative arts and science exploration. We also incorporate yoga practices, which help children develop mindfulness, body awareness, and physical coordination. By offering a balanced mix of structured and free play, our program ensures that children are well-prepared for their transition to school, both academically and socially.

Your child will be welcomed by our team of educators, who will ensure the morning transition from home to centre goes as smoothly as possible. On arrival, share information about your child’s specific needs for the day.

Our centre chefs prepare a nutritious menu for your child to sit down and eat. This is a great time for everyone to share stories from the day. Educators model healthy eating practices, social behaviours and support children’s growing independence with mealtime routines.

If you have an infant, we spend one-on-one time with them to establish a connection. Educators talk gently and respond to babies’ cues. We use songs, games, and conversations to strengthen relationships and build language skills.

Your child is naturally curious. They want to learn and explore, which is why we teach through play-based learning. It supports language, motor skills, memory, emotions and social relationships. Educators plan play-based learning experiences based on children’s interests and goals.

We match routines to your child’s individual needs. Opportunities for rest and relaxation help make them feel safe. Play-based learning experiences are provided for older children who no longer don’t sleep in centre.
